Overview

To avoid unexpected expenses for repairs and troubleshooting, and to provide you with the services and support you need to keep your website updated and running smoothly, this plan includes:
  • Managed Hosting

Your site is securely hosted on Google Cloud servers optimized for speed and performance on the WordPress platform. Should any server-related issues arise, we work with the web hosting engineers to bring your site back online and restore it to a healthy state.

  • Backups & Recovery
We have a redundant system of backups that make copies of your website’s files and database on a daily and monthly basis, and stores them securely off-site for up to 90 days. In the event of a catastrophic failure, we will restore your site from one of these restore points at no additional charge.
  • Software Updates
Software updates are processed as recommended by their developers to improve security, stability, and performance. Software conflicts that often result from updates are addressed and repaired at no extra cost to you.
  • Repairs & Troubleshooting
Repairing malfunctions due to software updates, software conflicts, malware, changes in internet browser technologies, or non-user-related damages that cause instability or performance issues are 100% covered.

Does not cover damages caused by users with back-end access to the site.

We install SSL certificates on all of the sites we host and maintain. Not only does SSL encryption help to protect the transfer of sensitive information, it enhances consumer trust and meets the security standards that Google looks for when ranking websites. Learn more about the advantages SSL.

  • System Health Checks
  • SOFTWARE SCANS - to detect outdated software that can trigger malfunctions and leave your site vulnerable to malware attacks.
  • MALWARE SCANS - to notify us in the event of attacks from hackers, malware or other threats so we can take quick action to remove the culprits and restore your site to a healthy state.
  • UPTIME MONITORING - Our systems notify us if your site becomes inaccessible for a prolonged period due to server outages, malware attacks or other issues. This allows us to act promptly to resolve the issues and minimize damages and downtime.
  • Speed & Performance Optimization
  • FREE CDN - Images and other media are distributed over a global Content Delivery Network (CDN) for faster delivery to any part of the world.
  • IMAGE COMPRESSION - Reduces the size and formats of image files to improve page load speeds and user-experience without compromising the quality of your images.
  • DATABASE OPTIMIZATION - Periodic removal of spam comments, post revisions, and other data that tends to accumulate in the database and slow down your website or cause problems with search engine rankings.
  • BROKEN LINK MONITORING - Broken links are not only frustrating for users, but they can have a negative impact on search engine rankings. Our systems scan for broken links and report back to us so we can address the issues. - Scans up to 10,000 links and repairs or removal of up to 5 broken links per month are covered.
  • User Management & Support

For organizations that prefer to update and publish their own content, we provide user access management and support. Each plan has a limited number of users. (See plans for details) 

  • ACCESS MANAGEMENT - We setup and manage user accounts restricting access to only the areas they absolutely need access to. As “keepers of the gate”, we minimize the risk of damage to the site’s framework and unexpected expenses for repairs and troubleshooting.
  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT - We provide basic technical support for up to 2 users to assist with editing pages, posting to blogs, event calendars, or other content management tasks.
  • Basic Content Management

In order to ensure the integrity of the design of the website, and to protect their investment, most of our clients prefer to have us make basic updates to content, like editing text or replacing images on existing pages. Basic content updates are covered with a 24 to 48 hour turn-around in most cases. (Edits that are urgently needed can be expedited upon request).

  • Monthly Reports
Every month, we send out reports with detailed information about the status and care of your website. These reports include Software Updates and Optimization Tasks performed, Security Status, Uptime/Downtime, Backup Records, Website Traffic Reports & more.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

The following services are not covered by our SiteCare plans, but we can provide a quote if they are needed.

  • Support for advanced web applications (e-Commerce systems, etc) See Optima Plan
  • Repairs of damages or other issues caused by third parties with backend user access
  • Software License Renewal Fees for certain software that is not covered by our developer’s license (Ask your representative)
  • Technical support for the utilization of software installed on the site, including page builders, beyond what is provided in the developer's documentation.
